Embracing Birth Classes are recommended by the UW Health Midwives and local Home Birth Midwives!
Embracing Birth Classes are more than just a series of videos or a run-down of all the things that can go wrong.
Embracing Birth Classes use a variety of teaching methods: discussion on normal
birth, how to ask questions and get answers, positive and encouraging DVDs, how to cope with unexpected
surprises, medication options in the hospital, postpartum connections

Doula Services
I am passionate about helping women/couples transition into parenthood. I provide unwavering support. I have attended many births in a variety of settings with a variety of experiences. I am very good at checking my biases at the door and supporting you in what YOU want. I have worked with single women and women in partnerships. I am comfortable with both. If you have other partners attending you, I will support them also, helping them to help you.
