I LOVE helping to grow families! 

I LOVE all things birth, babies, breastfeeding, and everything in between.

 For almost 30 years, I have been obsessed with birth: reading, studying, practicing, learning. 

I LOVE working with new families as they navigate this most amazing time. 

I have studied and certified in pretty much every kind of birth training - Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Infant Massage Teacher, Early Childhood expert and more.
