Childbirth Classes

Embracing Birth Classes Help YOU:

• Gain confidence and reduce fears
• Recognize that labor can be painful but it is also NORMAL and much can be done to reduce suffering
• Gain evidence-based knowledge taught in a fun, informative, interactive class
• Understand and implement tried and true pain-coping practices for labor and beyond!
• Learn practical, REAL ways to cope with labor, early postpartum and new parenthood
• Communicate more effectively with Birth Partner and Team
• Connect with other expectant parents

Embracing Birth Classes are:

• Held at ART HOUSE 360 at 401 Verona Ave Verona, WI 53593
• Recommended by UW Health, SSM and Homebirth Midwives and OBs in the area
• Fun, informative, interactive, in-person class

Classes are in 2 parts.

Part 1: In-Person class on a Saturday or Sunday (see dates below). 1-6pm located at Art House 360 in Verona, WI

Part 2: Zoom class, on the following Monday evening, 6-8pm

Class is $150 (per couple).

Saturday, July 25, 2026 1-6pm, zoom class August 3, 6-8pm

**Before class you will receive preparatory information/readings.

**After class you will receive follow up information/readings. 

**If you hire me as your Birth Doula, childbirth class is included with no additional charge.

If you are interested in a private class or a consultation, please reach out here.  Consultations can range in topic from birth planning, postpartum planning, questions and concerns specific to you, etc. 

Typically, private classes are held for 3 hours in your home (or Zoom).
