Birth Doula services:

What is included?

• free, initial meet and greet 
• unlimited text/phone/email support from hiring
• 2 prenatal visits (1 zoom, 1 in your home)
• 24/7 support beginning at 38 weeks (we can adjust if needed)
• attendance at your birth (You determine when you would like for me to arrive.) 
• Golden Hour support (the first 2-3 hours postpartum until everyone is settled in)
• postpartum visit in your home (birth story processing, breastfeeding support, etc).

Postpartum Doula Services:

What's included?

unlimited text/phone/email/zoom support from hiring

The hours contracted will include but are not limited to:

early postpartum support, sleep help, birth processing, communication enhancement (with partner and family), support with bonding and learning babies cues, breastfeeding/feeding, attachment, light housekeeping, and more!

Hourly rate is $40. 

Packages are: 10 hours for $350 or 20 hours for $600.

**Visits are set up ahead, determined by all parties. Typically the first visit happens within the first week postpartum.
